In order to serve food and/or alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in the restaurants or coffee shops from Bucuresti Mall – Vitan, you will need an European Union digital certificate on COVID19 or, for residents from countries that do not issue the European Union digital certificates on COVID- 19 or documents compatible with these certificates, will be allowed on the basis of a document, on paper or in electronic format, attesting the vaccination, testing or post-infection period for the SARS-CoV-2 virus infection, as follows:
• Persons vaccinated against the SARS-CoV-2 virus and that have gone through a 10-day period since the completion of the vaccination scheme,
• Persons with a negative RT-PCR test result for SARS-CoV-2 virus infection not older than 72 hours or a negative result of a certified antigen test for SARS-CoV-2 virus infection not older than 48 hours,
• Persons between the 15th and 180th day after confirmation of SARS-CoV-2 virus infection.

Children under 12 years are exempt from presenting evidence of a PCR or antigen test, confirmation of infection, or vaccination against COVID.
Certification of vaccination, testing or post-infection period for the SARS-CoV-2 virus infection is performed through the European Union’s digital certificates for COVID-19 (green certificate).
The green COVID-19 certificate can be downloaded from the following website https://certificat-covid.gov.ro/ based on the proof of the vaccination, post-infection period or a negative test in the last 48 hours (antigen test) or 72 hours (RT-PCR).
